Quantum Phinance, over the past few years has witnessed the development of a gap in the traditional learning got from books and the actual day to day practices practiced by the likes of traders, structuring professionals and risk managers. Our Team

All the Promoters of Quantum Phinance are alumni of IIMs and IITs. The team has a diverse experience in the field of structuring of products, risk management, quantitative risk assessment and have interacted extensively with banks as well as with corporates.

	K. Vaidya Nathan Vaidya Nathan has worked with JPMorganChase Bank in Hong Kong, New York, and Singapore and has advised financial institutions and corporates in Asia-Pacific region on hedging and risk management. He specializes in Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Credit Derivative products. He has also advised corporates in Telecom, Media and Technology space on mergers and acquisistions, divestiture, acquisition financing, capital structure advisory, alternative investments, and debt restructuring. He is currently CEO, Quantum Phinance. He is a Visiting Faculty at IIM Calcutta and SPJain, Dubai & Singapore. He also teaches at the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) Training Institute and FIMMDA (Fixed Income Money Market and Derivatives Association of India). He conducts workshops as a Corporate Trainer for leading Investment Banks like Citibank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JPMorganChase and MorganStanley. He does training programs in India, Singapore, Hong Kong and Middle East on topics such as Credit Derivatives, Fx Derivatives, FI Derivatives, ALM, M&A, Financial Modeling for LBOs, Debt Capital Markets, Basel II and Risk Management. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by the Global Association for Risk Professionals (GARP), New York. 	Sushant Reddy Sushant is the founding partner of QP and heads the business development for the firm. Sushant has overseen all major consulting assignments the firm has undertaken across a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from trading/risk management desks at Banks, hedge funds and corporate treasuries. He also oversees the market & credit risk audits that the firm undertakes for Banks and Primary Dealerships every year. Sushant has also been active in conducting trainings and workshops in pricing, valuation and risk management areas across FX, Money Markets and Commodity asset classes. He has been a training partner for Mr.Vinod Kothari, to offer trainings for Banks in credit derivatives and securitization areas. Sushant is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
	Srinivas Akkapeddi Srinivas is the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Quantum Phinance. Prior to joining the firm, Srinivas worked in the Treasury department of HPCL. He was instrumental in structuring the hedging mechanism for LPG imported by HPCL. He is also involved in conducting trainings and workshops on structuring of hedges, risk analysis and management. He is a B.Tech from ISM-Dhanbad and an IIM Indore alumnus.
